the features, the hybrid peer-to-peer network constructs a tree topology for real￾time data distribution, and maintains the tree stably even with irregular operation of
peers, and enables the use of a mesh-based data delivery for rapid data recovery. In
addition, tree-based overlay networks are used for fast distribution of small data, and
mesh-based networks are used for relatively large data distribution.
This standard defines the functional architecture and reference points among
components, and provides information flow for various application services, thereby
enhancing utilization and helping understanding of the standard.
