| 한글내용요약 | 본 표준에서 다루는 분산 신원 관리 서비스는 발급자, 사용자, 검증자 및 신뢰 저장소로 구성된다. 분산 신원 관리 서비스에서 발급자는 사용자에게 크리덴셜을 발급하고, 사용자는 발급한 크리덴셜을 검증자에게 제출하고, 검증자는 신뢰 저장소를 이용하여 사용자의 크리덴셜을 검증하고 서비스를 제공한다. 최근 다양한 분야에서 분산 신원 관리 서비스를 적용함에 따라 사용자는 분산 신원 관리 서비스를 통해서 발급받은 크리덴셜을 서로 다른 분산 신원 관리 서비스에 제출하여 다양한 서비스를 제공받을 수 있는 다중 분산 신원 관리 서비스 환경이 도래했다.
본 표준은 다중 분산 신원 관리 서비스를 위한 상호연동 프레임워크를 제시하며, 다음의 내용을 포함한다. ● 제1부: 공통 요구사항에서는 다중 분산 신원 관리 서비스 환경에서 발생 가능한 문제를 도출하여 상호연동을 위한 요구사항과 프레임워크를 기술한다. ● 제2부: 발급자 신원정보 관리에서는 크리덴셜 발급자의 신원정보를 등록 및 관리하고 제공하기 위한 요구사항과 기능을 정의하여 크리덴셜 발급자에 대한 신원정보 관리 구조 및 절차를 기술한다. ● 제3부: 크리덴셜 관리는 사용자의 크리덴셜을 안전하게 통합 관리하여 다양한 디바이스에서도 크리덴셜에 대한 중복 발급 없이 활용이 가능한 크리덴셜 관리 요구사항과 기능을 정의한다. |

| 영문내용요약 | The decentralized identity management service covered by this standard consists of issuer, user, verifier and verifiable data registry. In decentralized identity management service, the issuer issues credentials to the user, the user submits the issued credentials to the verifier, and the verifier uses the verifiable data registry to validate the user's credentials before providing services. Recently, as decentralized identity management services are applied in various fields, a heterogeneous decentralized identity management service environment has arrived in which users submit credentials issued by a decentralized identity management services to other services to provide application services.
This standard proposes an interoperability framework for heterogeneous decentralized identity management services, and includes: ⋅Part 1: Common requirements describe requirements and frameworks for interoperability by deriving possible problems in a heterogeneous decentralized identity management service environment. ⋅Part 2: Issuer identity information management defines requirements and functions for registering, managing, and providing identity information of a credential issuer. And it describes the identity information management structure and procedure for the credential issuer. ⋅Part 3: Credential management defines requirements and functions that can be used without duplicate issuance of credentials in various devices by securely integrating and managing user credentials. |
