¿µ¹®³»¿ë¿ä¾à The standard provides information on the regional rainfall-rate and effective earth radius factor distributions. The data on regional rainfall-rate distributions was derived by long-term rainfall-rate measurement data(13 years-73 places, 11 years-1 place, 10 years-9 places, 8 years-2 places, 5 years-2 places, 3 years-1 place) at 88 areas and provided rainfall-rate data for one minute integrated time. On the other hand, using the upper air sounding data measured by radiosonde at 4 aerological observations(Pohang, Sokcho, Jeju, Baegnyeongdo) for 6 years(¡®08~¡¯13), 5 aerological observations(Pohang, Heuksando Jeju National Typoon Center, Changwon) for 3 years(¡®16~¡¯18 and Jeju Gosan for 2 years(15 ~ 16)), the gradients of radio refractivity up to 1km were calculated and the final data on the earth radius factor was derived.
