| 한글내용요약 | 본 표준은 하나의 IRP agent(요소 관리자 또는 망 요소) 가 다른IRP Manager(망 관리자) 에게 형상 관리 관련 정보 셋트를 통신할 수 있는 핵심망IRP(Integration Reference Point)을 정의하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 또한, sub-classing 이나 직접적인 재사용을 통하여 일반적인 망 자원 모델(Generic NRM)을 재사용하며, 구체적인 MOC(Managed Object Class)의 정의도 함께 언급된다
3세대 비동기식 이동통신 시스템에서 정확하고 효과적인 망 운용을 위한 능력을 제공한다 기존 R99 CM IRP 를 포함하는 새로운 IRP를 정의하며, Notification IRP와 운영되는 객체를 위한 Name convention 은 분리 언급된다. CM 을 위한 IRP 와 새로운 기능 정의를 위한 필요성이 언급되며, 새로운 Bulk CM IRP 가 정의된다. GSM-UMTS 간의 핸드오프를 위해 Generic Network, UTRAN, GERAN IRP 가 확장된다. |

| 영문내용요약 | The present document is part of an Integration Reference Point (IRP) named “Core Network Resources IRP”, through which an 'IRPAgent' (typically an Element Manager or Network Element) can communicate Configuration Management information to one or several 'IRPManagers' (typically Network Managers) concerning CN resources. This version of the IRP is mainly intended for “passive management” of high-level network configuration and status information as required by a Network Manager. The “Core Network Resources IRP” comprises a set of specifications defining Requirements, a protocol neutral Network Resource Model (NRM) and corresponding Solution Set(s). | ||
