¿µ¹®³»¿ë¿ä¾à In VOCC system, an LED array is used as a transmitter and two cameras as a receiver where a low speed camera is used to decode vehicular ID and other high speed camera to decode communication data. Here, we have proposed a novel modulation technique that enables the simultaneous decoding of both high-rate and low-rate stream using a single camera. The proposed technique augments the bit rate of the low-rate stream; consequently, the link setup time is reduced and the requirement of low frame rate camera is eliminated.
