| 한글내용요약 | 본 표준은 척추에서 자주 발생하는 질환에 대한 온톨로지에 대한 것으로 질환 선정의 기준은 온톨로지로 표현하였을 때 직관적인 것을 대상으로 하였다. 즉, 척추 전반에 걸쳐서 발생하는 질환보다는 특정 부위에서 발생하는 질환을 대상으로 하였으며, 척추에서 국부적으로 발생하는 다빈도 질환을 대상으로 하였다. 또한 작성한 OWL ontology가 추후 컴퓨터를 활용하여 도움을 받을 수 질환을 대상으로 하였다.
척추에 빈번히 발생하는 온톨로지 모형을 만들기 위하여 다음과 같은 단계로 진행하였다. 1. 모형을 만들기 위해 관련 분야의 기존 온톨로지에 대한 검토를 하였다. 2. 전문임상 분야의 자문진과의 토의를 통하여 온톨로지를 구현할 질환 20가지를 선정하였다. 3. 선정한 질환에 대해 관련 문헌을 조사하여 이를 바탕으로 온톨로지를 Excel형태로 작성하였다. 4. Excel로 작성한 자료는 임상분야 자문진과 검토를 하였다. 5. 검토한 온톨로지를 기반으로 하여 OWL ontology로 작성하였다. 6. OWL ontology는 임상전문 자문진과 재검토 과정을 거쳐 확정하였다. 7. 최종적으로 20가지 질환에 대한 영상을 질환별로 각 1개 이상 수집하여 OWL ontology에 첨부하였다. |

| 영문내용요약 | This standard is prepared for the ontology of diseases which frequently occur in the spine; the chosen diseases were those frequently occurring in a specific area of the spine.
The following stages were implemented in order to create an ontology model which reflects frequently occurring diseases of the spine: 1. Existing ontologies in the related field were reviewed in order to create the model. 2. 20 diseases were selected to implement the ontology through discussion with consultants in the professional clinical field. 3. The ontology was prepared in Excel format based on the survey of the related literatures for the diseases selected. 4. The data prepared in Excel format was discussed with consultants in the clinical field. 5. The OWL ontology was prepared based on the ontology reviewed. 6. The OWL ontology was finalized through the re-examination process performed by clinical consultants. 7. More than 1 image of each disease was collected for 20 diseases and finally attached to OWL ontology. |
