| 한글내용요약 | 이 표준은 항적제어시스템(TCS)의 정보표시 및 처리 시험기준에 대한 기능시험을 위한 시험장비의 요건을 기술한다. TCS의 기능시험 방법에 대한 절차 및 결과는 IMO, IEC 등에서 지정한 국제표준을 따른다.
TCS의 기능을 시험하는 장치는 다양한 속도와 날씨 및 적하(load) 조건으로 서로 다른 조타 특성을 수동 또는 자동으로 구현할 수 있어야 하고, 수심, 파고 등의 환경적이 요소에 따라서 선박 모델별(페리선, 컨테이너선, 탱커선)로 TCS가 정상/비정상으로 시험할 수 있도록 기능을 제공해야 하며, 표류(drift)로 인하여 방위각이 설정치를 벗어날 때 위치, 선수방위각, 속도 등이 피드백 제어 시스템에 의해 작동하여야 한다. 본 표준에서는 이러한 기능을 시험하기 위한 인터페이스 및 요구사항을 규정한다. |

| 영문내용요약 | This standard represents the requirements of test equipment for function test of information display and processing test standards of the Track Control Systems (TCS). Procedures and results for function test of TCS are based on the international standards specified by IMO, IEC, etc. Devices testing the functionality of the TCS shall be capable of manually or automatically implementing different steering characteristics at varying speeds, weather and load conditions. According to environmental factors such as water depth, wave height, etc., functions shall be provided to enable the TCS to test normally/abnormal by ship model (ferry, container ship, tanker). Also, when the azimuth is out of the setting due to drift, the position, heading azimuth and speed should be operated by the feedback control system. This standard specifies interfaces and requirements for testing these functions. | ||
