| 영문내용요약 | This standard describes the Layer 2 Link Access Control (LAC) signaling protocol architecture and functionality used to provide the transport and delivery of Layer 3 signaling messages over cdma2000 radio channels. In this document, the term “Layer 2” is understood to mean the signaling Layer 2, in the sense that non-signaling traffic (e.g.,circuit or packet data) may have a different Layer 2 not described here. In addition, some traditional ISO Layer 2 functionality may be placed in the MAC Layer, but such functionality is not signaling-specific and thus is outside the scope of this document. | ||
