¿µ¹®³»¿ë¿ä¾à The standard provides three-dimensional spatial diffraction efficiency measurement method of the hologram for evaluating the diffraction efficiency for each wavelength/angle of the hologram. The diffraction efficiency of the hologram vary depending on the measurement position and direction. Also, the diffraction efficiency measurement of the hologram with various shapes and sizes is less accurate if the conventional method of measuring the transmitted, diffracted, and reflected light in a one-dimensional measurement is applied. Therefore, this standard provides the diffraction efficiency measurement method for evaluating the diffraction efficiency for each wavelength/angle by measuring the intensity and direction of the transmitted, reflected, and diffracted light passing through the hologram at an arbitrary coordinate. Also, the system configuration of the measurement, the environment of the measurement, the procedure of the measurement and evaluation methods are provided.
