마 분리 값(Moving Feature Encoding – Part II. Simple CSV) 표준을 수용한 것이다. 본 표준은 다음과 같은 응용 또는 피처에 대해 활용 가능하다. ISO 19141:2008 이동 피쳐 스키마로 기술되는 각 이동 피쳐 다수의, 그리고 동시에 인코딩되어야 하는 이동 피쳐 공통 공간 및 시간 좌표계를 따르는 피쳐 본 표준은 모든 형태의 이동 피쳐를 언급하지는 않는다. 예를 들어, 다음과 같은 범위는 본 표준의 범위에 포함되지 앟는다. 홍수와 같이 형태가 일정하지 않은 피쳐 이동 피쳐의 지리적 정보가 다른 이동 피쳐의 지리적 정보를 포함하도록 인코딩 되어야 하는 경우 본 표준은 이동 피쳐에 대한 정보를 표현하기 위한 단순 콤마 분리 값 포맷을 정의한다. 본 표준이 포함하는 주 내용은 다음과 같다. - 범위(Scope) - 적합성(Conformance) - 규범적 참고문헌(Normative References) - 용어 및 정의(Terms and Definitions) - 표기(Convections) - 개요(Overview) - 기본 규칙(Fundamental Rules) - 헤더(Header Lines) - 궤적 (Trajectory Lines) - 예제 (Example Codes) - 부속서 A. 적합성 클래스(Conformance Class) |

| 영문내용요약 | This standard applies [OGC 14-084r2 Moving Features Encoding Part II: Simple CS
V]. This standard is applicable to features having the following characteristics. - Each moving feature can be described with Schema for Moving Features (ISO191 41:2008). - The number of features simultaneously encoded with this format can be massive - All features can be described using common space-time coordinates. This standard does not address all types of moving features. Examples of features that are out of scope include the following: - Deforming features, such as flood water. - Feature’s geometric representation should not be encoded inline in a geometric complex that contains the geometric representations of other features. This standard defines and provides common data format based on the form of co mma separated values. The main contents of this standard includes followings. - Scope - Conformance - Normative references - Terms and definitions - Conventions - Overview - Header Lines - Trajectory Lines - Annex A.
