| 영문내용요약 | The standard includes fundamental concepts on channel management for AIS services, some design considerations and recommendations for implementation and operation of channel management. At first, the standard describes the fundamental concepts such as reasons of channel management, parameters subject to channel management and their default settings, the definition of a region and its transitional zone, regions relationship, automated channel management, privileges and responsibilities of competent authorities, channel management commands, mobile AIS station operations, and single-channel operation. Then the standard presents the requirements and recommendations for competent authorities with regard to implementing channel management. Regarding to these subjects, the standard deals with fundamental recommendations, layout rules, general considerations for channel management, size of the transition zone, channel management by base stations, conflicting channel management, change of regional operating settings over time, recommendations for change of regional operating settings over time, and procedures to change regions over time. Also, the standard appends the example of base station channel management and new algorithm for channel management. | ||
