¿µ¹®³»¿ë¿ä¾à This document defines IETF RFC 3277, the mechanism to avoid IS-IS Transient Blackhole. When Is-IS router is transient condition for a reason such as a reboot, other routers within the routing domain select an alternative path. But, as the previously failed router becomes available again, the paths that had previously transited the router are again selected as the optimal path. Unfortunately, external destination reachability information is not yet available to the router, the blackholing of packets happens. This document provides the mechanism in order to avoid the blackhole using the Overload bit.
