¿µ¹®³»¿ë¿ä¾à This standard defines the security requirements to be considered in the process of designing MTD technology to protect In-Vehicle CAN. It analyses the characteristics of cyber attack methods performed on the In-Vehicle CAN to define security requirements. Along with this, It analyses the characteristics and limitations of the previous security solution to prevent such attacks.

Based on the results analyzed above, the necessity of the vehicular MTD technology and the present technology level are explained. In addition, It defines the security requirements that the vehicular MTD technology should consider.

The security requirements of the vehicular MTD technology may be used as a guide to the process of developing the security technology for the In-Vehicle CAN.
