¿µ¹® ³»¿ë¿ä¾à This technical report describes the atomic-based non-metal magnetic field measurement technology. Specifically, the light source unit, vapor cell unit, and signal measuring unit constituting the atomic magnetometer are related. The operation optimization procedure of the atomic magnetometer configured in the above method is established to improve the measurement noise level. In addition, we present a performance evaluation method for enhancing the spectroscopic signal required for high-sensitive magnetic field measurement through magnetic noise analysis of the signal measured through the atomic magnetometer.
