The standard contains the component of fiber cable and its structure, various constellation methods of fibers in a cable, and the characteristics for performance which are optical transmission dimensions, mechanical/physical requirements and endurabilities against environmental conditions like temperature, humidity, water proof, etc. In the contents, the characteristics can be classified by the installation place which has also sort of aerial boundary, trough buried and ones installed in customer premises area.
