¿µ¹® ³»¿ë¿ä¾à This standard describes the requirements and structure of 5G wireless networks and describes passive optical access networks to accommodate mobile fronthaul. Specifically, 5G wireless fronthaul architecture, requirements for 5G fronthaul transport, PON architecture for 5G fronthaul transport, practical PON system solutions, PON physical layer requirements, PON system requirements are described. Standard TTAE.IT-G.sup66/R1 include additional references to reflect the latest trends, the addition of a function split structure in the fronthaul, dynamic bandwidth allocation methods to reduce latency, and application examples of TDM-PON/WDM-PON.
