The technical report defines a reconfiguration use case for a radio equipment with a software modem based on SDR technology. The radio equipment considered in the technical report are smartphones, connected vehicles, network equipment, IoT devices, and etc. Each section considers specific use cases for each radio equipment. The technical report also considers use cases for bug fixes and security updates that can be considered for all radio equipment. The composition of the technical report is as follows. Section 1 describes the scope of the technical report. Section 2 and 3 describes references and abbreviations, respectively. Section 4 describes the radio equipment reconfiguration use case. Section 4.1 describes the overview, Section 4.2 describes the smartphone reconfiguration use case, Section 4.3 describes the connected vehicles reconfiguration use case, Section 4.4 describes the network equipment reconfiguration use case, Section 4.5 describes IoT device reconfiguration use case, Section 4.6 defines reconfiguration use case for external component, and Section 4.7 defines bug fixes and security update use cases.
