The standard defines reference architecture which can be referenced to implement large space virtual reality system for training users to respond to disasters occurring in the physical world. The users using this system can simulate the situation by moving around the large space of training with six degrees of freedom. This standard includes components to transmit the physical world sensor data to the virtual world, components to transmit the data between virtual world objects, and components to transmit data from virtual world to the physical world.
