¿µ¹® ³»¿ë¿ä¾à When the vehicle operates by using public mobile network, followings should be considered. At first, latency time between the vehicle and the server should be measured. The server should inform this latency time to the vehicle. To do that, public mobile network status handler which is in remote driving module should send periodically latency measurement probe packet to the public mobile network latency estimator which is in the server. The public mobile network latency estimator should analyze the packet and evaluate latency information and send the information to the public mobile network status handler. The handler should request throughput control to the vehicle with the throughput control rate. Then, the vehicle should send the data with the requested throughput control rate or below.
