CCTV 영상에서 바이오 인식 기술의 하나인 얼굴 영역 검출을 통해 개인 정보를 보호하기 위해서는 크게, CCTV, 영상 감시 관제 서버, 클라이언트로 이루어진 구성 요소와 그에 속한 여러 가지 모듈이 필요하다. 본 표준안에서는 각 구성 요소와 모듈의 역할과 상호관계에 대해 서술하고, 각 요소에서 발생 가능한 보안 위협을 분석하고, CCTV에서의 영상 프라이버시 보호를 위한 보안 요구 사항을 제안한다. |

To protect personal privacy from images captured by CCTV, using face detection system, three components are required, such as CCTV, server for image, and client. This standard suggests security requirements for privacy protection using face detection and recognition in CCTV systems.
To protect PII by facial area extraction, one of biometric recognition technologies, from CCTV video, system elements composed of CCTV, video surveillance and control server and client and diverse modules. The standard describes the function of each element and module and correlation, reviews potential security threats in each element and proposes security requirements for privacy protection.
