얼굴 인식을 이용하는 영상 감시 시스템은 적용 목적에 따라 실내·외 환경에 설치되어 운영된다. 영상 감시 시스템은 원거리에 설치된 카메라를 통하여 입력된 영상으로부터 사람의 얼굴 영상을 검출하고, 검출된 얼굴 영상을 이용하여 얼굴 인식 처리를 수행한다. 얼굴 인식은 검출된 얼굴 영상의 품질에 따라 인식률의 차이가 발생한다. 본 기술보고서는 영상 감시 목적으로 원거리에 설치되는 시스템에서 최적의 사용자 인증을 도출 할 수 있도록 얼굴 영상에 대한 기본적인 품질 요구사항에 대하여 기술한다. |
| 영문 내용요약 |
The video surveillance system shall be installed and operated either indoor or outdoor depending on its purpose. It detects the face image of a person by the camera remotely installed, and then, processes the face recognition function based on the face image detected previously. Its recognition rate shall be very depending on the distinction resolution of their images detected. This technical report shall specify the basic requirements for quality assurance of the face image in order to promote the optimal user authentication on the video surveillance system remotely installed.
