This standard defines an integrated framework to provide secure e-health and telemedicine services based on biometrics. This standard defines relationship between the biometric e-health service model and privacy. Also, this standard defines functional requirements/authentication procedure which should be considered to provide secure e-health and telemedicine service in integrated framework.
This standard defines security threats in e-health. Countermeasures are proposed for protection e-health service as well as security requirements for each threats. |
