이 기술보고서는 클립보드 기능에 대한 활용성(usability) 연구에서 얻은 결과를 설명한다. 전자건강기록(Electronic Health Record; 이하 EHR)에서 클립보드 기능은 의료 종사자가 같은 정보를 다시 입력하지 않고도 환자의 EHR 정보를 쉽고 효율적으로 재사용 할 수 있게 한다. 그러나 실제로, 현재 구현된 이 기능은 압도적이며 의도하지 않은 안전 관련 문제를 임상 환경에서 일으킬 수 있다. 이에 따라 본 기술보고서는 해당 기능을 임상 현장에서 안전하게 사용할 수 있는 지침을 제시한다. |
| 영문 내용요약 |
This Technical Report describes the findings obtained from a usability study of the ‘copy and paste’ functionality in EHRs. ‘Copy and paste’ functionality is intended to allow medical practitioners to easily and efficiently reuse information in patient EHRs without having to retype the information. However, in practice, current implementation of this functionality has introduced overwhelming and unintended safety-related issues into the clinical environment. This Technical Report aims at providing safety guidelines so that the functionality can be safely used in the clinical environment.
