This presents basic principles and requirements for personal information protection in AI services. The main contents are as follows. First, as a major overview of AI systems and personal information protection, it presents standardized AI system configuration, AI system life cycle, AI system personal information type and infringement. Subsequently, AI ethics and social considerations, AI service personal information life cycle, and AI service personal information management system are described as matters for personal information protection in AI services. Finally, for AI service privacy requirements, AI service governance establishment, AI service risk management, and personal information protection measures for each AI service life cycle are presented.
