이 기술보고서는 고령화 시대에 따른 고령자들의 인지 능력 진단을 위하여 고령자들의 인지 반응 측정 방법, 측정 지표 및 측정 도구에 대하여 설명한다. 또한, 제시된 측정 방법, 측정 지표 및 측정 도구를 이용하여 고령자의 다중 감각 및 인지 반응 요소의 다원적 측정 결과를 제시하고 분석한다.
인지 반응 측정 지표로는 양반구 활성화, 자막 인식 속도, 단어 작업 기억 용량, 색상 어휘 재인속도, 언어 중추 확인으로 구성한다.
인지 반응 측정 도구는 고령자의 기억력, 집행 기능, 정서, 심리 운동 분석에 활용되며, 에딘버러 손잡이 검사, 동영상 자막 인식 검사, word span 검사, 언어 중추 확인 검사, Tower of london 검사로 구성한다.
고령자의 인지 측정 방법을 위하여 고령자 100명, 주니어 11명을 대상으로 실험하였다. 고령자 그룹은 50대~70대이며, 2016년 기준 53세~75세의 고령자들을 대상으로 하였다. 주니어 그룹은 20, 30대이며, 2016년 기준 20세~31세를 대상으로 하였다.
고령자 통한 측정 결괏값과 주니어의 측정값을 분석 비교하여 고령자 중심의 디지털 콘텐츠를 개발하는 관련 분야에 참조 모델을 제시하여 보다 효율적인 고령자용 디지털 콘텐츠를 개발하는 데 도움을 주고자 기획하였다.

영문 내용요약

The technical report explains the cognitive reaction measuring method, index, tool for the elderly to assess the cognitive capability of the elderly in accordance with the aging society. Also, by using the suggested method, index and tool, the technical report suggests and analyzes the pluralistic result of multiple senses and the cognitive reaction elements of the elderly.
Measurement indexes for cognitive responses include activations of both hemispheres, rate of subtitle recognition, memory capacity of vocabulary works, rate of colored vocabulary recognition, and the confirmation of linguistic center.
Measurement indexes for cognitive responses are utilized for the analyses of memory, execution function, emotion, psychological exercise in the aged population consisting of Edinburgh handle test, animation subtitle recognition test, word span test, linguistic center test, and Tower of London test.
Comparing the measurement outcomes by cognitive measurement methods in the aged population with those in the juniors, it is planned to assist the developments of digital contents for the aged population more efficiently, suggesting the reference model in the related field to develop the aged centric digital contents.
To confirm the cognitive capability measuring method for the elderly, the experiment targeting 100 seniors and 11 juniors were conducted. The elderly group is composed of subjects from 50s to 70s, specifically from age 53 to 75 as of 2016. By conducting comparative analysis on results from seniors and juniors, the technical report is to contribute to developing efficient digital contents for the elderly by suggesting the reference model in relevant field of developing digital contents focusing on the elderly.
