이 기술보고서는 한글 컴퓨터 키보드의 문자 배열에서 기본 26자리에만 한글 자모를 배열하고, 한글 입력은 시프트키 동시 누르기 없이 기본 자리의 자모로만 순차 누르기로 입력하는 것에 관한 것이다. 쌍자음은 해당 자음의 두 번으로 입력하고, 단어 중 초성 쌍자음의 경우 종성 우선 현상을 해결하기 위해서 구분자 키를 사용한다. 모든 겹모음은 기본 10개의 모음으로 입력한다. 다만 ㅐ,ㅔ는 관습상 기본 자리로 입력할 수도 있다. |

The character arrangement of the Korean computer keyboard is arranged with Korean alphabets in 26 basic keys. Korean is input only by sequential pressing the Korean alphabets arranged in 26 basic keys without simultaneous pressing of the shift key. When inputting Korean, a double consonant in a word are entered as twice the corresponding consonant. A separator key is used, if necessary, only to solve "the final consonant first priority phenomenon." All compound vowels are entered as the basic 10 vowels. However, "ㅐ, ㅔ" can also be entered as the basic keys by convention.
