This Profile consist of non-exclusive web services protocols including Interpretations and additional explanations for Declaration, Specification and Interoperability promotion. Chapter 2 explains about relationship to profile and other profiles. Chapter 3 describes notational conventions, protocol identification and versioning. Chapter 4 describes profile conformance, which explains what means that profile conforms. Chapter 5~Chater 8 describe profile guideline within web services context.
