"This standard consists of (1) outlines and adoption decision criteria for web service, (2) examination list for web services, and (3) useful specification and template to manage of related projects. First section, ""outlines and decision criteria"" is useful specially before contract, second section, ""examination list"" and third section, ""useful specification and template"" are useful to manage the project for the whole system development life cycle.
This standard also specifies two adopt motives(view) which are different from each other but can be complementary to each other in the real world. Relevant motives(view) should be determined in the first section and relevant examination list can be selected in the second section."
