This standard presents a major evaluation model for usability assessment, considering the components related to the usability evaluation of mobile application-based atopic dermatitis management services. Services targeting users with atopic dermatitis should be developed with prior consideration of the usage characteristics of the target user group, which greatly affects the actual usability for users. Through this standard, we define a usability evaluation model
that can assess usability in both quantitative and qualitative aspects during the development process of mobile app services aimed at managing users with atopic dermatitis. |
