영문 내용요약

The contents of this standard are the interface model and protocol between NMS
and NEs, NE’s general requirements for interface with NMS and technical requirements
for data collection, interface port, temporary data storing/re-transmission, data
preservation, interface architecture for redundancy. And, this standard includes the
scenarios for the procedure on setup, message send/receive startup directing,
message send/receive stop directing, operating output message transmission,
operating command processing, process state check. Also, it defines the structure of
application packets and procedures definitions, parameter definitions, timer & retransmission
counter, architecture of NE & agent, NE information model, the format of
COD/POD, XML Spec for IMS’s NMS.
