This Recommendation provides the format and encoding of Transaction Capabilities (TC) messages. These encoding rules are described in 4.1 and are based on a consistent subset of the encoding rules specified in Recommendation X.209 as contained in the Blue Book. This Recommendation uses the Abstract Syntax Notation One (ASN.1) defined in Recommendation X.208 and the description method of other Q.700-Series Recommendations (tabular method). The TC- message and the dialogue portion are prepared to the abstract syntax description. Moreover, the specification, overview and transmission order in the encoding rules are included. The transaction portion, the component portion and the dialogue portion are included.
