This report examines the procedure for implementing the multi-agent LLM technique based on the AI/ML specifications presented in 3GPP standards and addresses the concept of cooperative communication interfaces between wireless devices required for this implementation. Furthermore, through a practical example of radio resource management in a multi-cell system, we present the performance and implementation methods of the proposed framework.
