Recommendation ITU-T Y.Sup.6 describes the application of DSL Forum specifications in next generation networks (NGNs) that involve a DSL-based access network. This recommendation is concerned with the architecture(s) superimposed over DSL transport to provide IP-based services and related applications for next generation networks.
In particular, this edition includes overall architectures of DSL based network with NGN interface for providing NGN services.
