This standard describes a mobile identification system that facilitates services using government-issued and trusted mobile identification. To define the system architecture, seven main entities of the system are introduced and the functions of each entity are described. The operation process of the system is described according to the procedure of using mobile identification by users. In addition, security and privacy guidelines are described as considerations for the system.
