This standard defines new cipher suites for the TLS protocol that use the ARIA algorithm in cipher block chaining(CBC) mode and Galois Counter mode(GCM). Each cipher suite also specifies a key exchange method and a hash function, similar to the existing cipher suites for the TLS protocol.
