If the LED (Lighting Emission Diode) illumination has VLC function, the network switch
function is required in order to guarantee the communication (Hand-over) in transit of the terminal along with the traffic to do the routing processing. Therefore, this standard has the network switch communication function in the lighting device and a networking is possible between lighting devices in wireless and wired. It defines the method in which a control and communication of the lighting devices perform the possible object through a networking. And it defines equipment operation, maintenance, and management plan and environment condition. |
