This standard defines the general requirements for a safety management system intended to ensure the safety of distributed energy facilities that can be utilized as reserve power during power supply emergency situations. It introduces distributed energy facilities such as emergency generators, energy storage systems, electric vehicle chargers, photovoltaic generators, and wind power generators, which can serve as reserve power sources in such situations. In addition, it presents safety management considerations for these distributed energy facilities. Based on these considerations, this standard specifies the general requirements that a safety management system for distributed energy facilities should meet, and finally provides a reference model for the safety management system derived from these general requirements.
