The standard defines the functional requirements that a microgrid energy management system (MG-EMS) should provide for the provision of energy trading services in an industrial complex. MG-EMS collects energy production and consumption data for each factory and predicts demand and supply based on the data, enabling efficient operation of energy resources within the industrial complex and supporting energy trading between factories. It includes transaction functions such as transaction matching, contract management, and settlement automation, as well as customized visualization interfaces for managers, sellers, and buyers, data security, and user authentication. By establishing the main functions of MG-EMS, this standard aims to promote the efficient operation and spread of energy trading-based energy management in industrial parks.
