The standard describes definitions and the specific requirements of the components of the reference model of personal health record based on metadata registry, and how it is operated in the medical center point of view and U-health service provider point of view. It also presents the exchange and integration process of metadata registry based the personal health records among the multi-medical centers. In the appendix, it describes the actual practice case, how the reference model is operated in Inje University Seoul Paik Hospital.
