This document presents a reference model for digital health screening form
system as a personal lifelog based system. The reference model consists of a lifelogger, a health screening form generator, a lifelog server, and a health portal in order to provide digital health screening form service based on personal lifelog and disease history. This document also describes functional requirements and interfaces for each component. |
