This document mainly handles the standard for the execution structure and intermediate code of the CPU-independent performance-oriented VM. This document defines the VM with C language support, called Ocean VM (OVM) and the type structure, basic instruction set, and the instruction set for support existing multi-core CPUs, which required to create the intermediate code of OVM.
