"This document will illustrate the business problem with a concrete scenario and example and then look at the requirements needed to solve the problem. Although there are some pointers to relevant TMF projects, this document does not take a position on the actual data model. Instead, it describes the required service
framework. This initial release of the guidebook is meant to act as a basis of further work to identify the relevant projects to solve the business problem and establish the solution as a standard service management practice."
