¿µ¹® ³»¿ë¿ä¾à ToD is the service that VCoC controls ToV through mobile network. In this report, it defines three operation modes: observation mode, assistant drive mode, and direct drive mode.
- In the observation mode, the VCoC observes the ToV.
- In the assistant drive mode, the VCoC transmits driving assistant information to ToV.
- In the direct drive mode, the VCoC transmits the driving control signals to ToV.
It defines eight service scenarios in this report.
(1) If ToV is in the situation where self-driving is available, then VCoC performs the scenario ¡®Observation self-driving.¡¯ (2) If ToV tries to start self-driving after stopping, then VCoC performs the scenario ¡®Start assistant-driving.¡¯ (3) If ToV enters an intersection or crosswalk, then VCoC performs the scenario ¡®Intersection assistantdriving.¡¯ (4) If the sensors installed on ToV incorrectly recognize the objects near the ToV, then VCoC performs the scenario ¡®Recognition error assistant-driving.¡¯ (5) If the network connection failure is expected between ToV and VCoC, then VCoC performs the scenario ¡®Network failure area ToD.¡¯ (6) If ToV cannot generate the drivable path, VCoC performs the scenario ¡®Unroutable area direct driving.¡¯ (7) If ToV is located on the out of ODD area, VCoC performs the scenario ¡®out of ODD(Operational Domain Design) area direct driving.¡¯ (8) If ToV runs on a congested area, then VCoC performs the scenario ¡®Temporary direct drive.¡¯ (9) If ToV is consists of a primary and secondary ones, then VCoC performs the scenario ¡®Remote driving operation between devices'
