The Technical Report describes 3GPP non-terrestrial network (NTN)-based 5G satellite communication standard technology. In addition, we propose a 5G satellite communication use case that uses 5G satellite communication to provide media delivery services and public safety services at lower cost, real-time, and over a wide area.
