This standard uses E-model for Voice quality measurement method which is adapted for voice quality measure in general. Emodel could access the combined effects of variations in several transmission parameters that affect conversational quality of 3.1 KHz handset telephony, and the prime output of the model can be transformed to give estimates of customer opinion about voice quality. This standard will summarize E-model and clarify the voice quality criteria and basic value for internet telephony.
