¿µ¹®³»¿ë¿ä¾à The standard describes a set of interoperable FlexO short-reach structures. The rates in scope for FlexO-x- are 100G, 200G, 400G and 800G (x=1, 2, 4 and 8). This standard describes the structure using forward error correction code whit a coding gain suitable for short-reach applicatrions, and references common elements form [ITU-T G.709.1]. The definition of a FlexO-x-RS-m interface group complements the existing B100G functions specified in G.709 with new functions such as physical interface bonding, forward error correction (FEC) coding, group management and OTUCn mapping/demapping.
