| 한글내용요약 | 광케이블의 낙뢰에 대한 보호 수단으로서는 금속재 비함유 케이블을 사용하는 방법, 지중 및 가공시설에 대한 케이블의 뇌보호 특성 자체를 선별하는 방법, 지중케이블에 대하여는 차 폐선을 사용하는 방법,접지를 통한 선로 보호,서지 차단기의 사용, 우회 선로 시설 등의 방법이 있다. 본 표준에서는 특히 이러한 방법들중에서도 접지시설의 적용 부분을 별도의 절로 소화하여 다루고 있으며 국내 시설 현실에 부합된 선로 구간중에서의 접지시설 내용을 추가하여 다루고 있다. 아울러 여러 낙뢰 보호 대책의 시설 정책으로서 그 선별 적용 여부에 대하여 과학적 계산 방법을 통하여 결정할 수 있는 산출 메커니즘을 부록에 소개하고 있다. | ||
| 영문내용요약 | This standard provides the protective measurements against lightning discharge to optical fiber cable where including the earthing application. The potective measurements are : using surge protective device, redundancy recovery route construction, selection of optical cable characteristics itself, shielding line construction, non-metallic material composition in the cable, and the earthing of metal components in the cable. Earthing configuration is applied in the terminal site of cable installation and the aerial and berial cable installation as the outside plant. | ||
