| 한글내용요약 | 무선 LAN과 이동통신망과 연동을 위해서는 tightly coupled 연동 방식과 loosely
coupled 연동방식이 있다. Tightly coupled 연동에서는 무선 LAN 망을 이동통신의 무선 접속망의 일부로 간주하여 이동통신 무선 접속이 가능하도록 하며, 연동을 위해 AP에 접 속된 Gateway는 이동통신 무선 접속망의 패킷 제어기능(PCF)을 수행한다. Loosely coupled 연동에서는 무선 LAN의 Gateway가 인터넷을 통하여 이동통신망과 연동하는 것 으로 물리적으로는 별도의 망을 구축하여, 가입자 인증, 신호, 과금, 이동성 지원과 같은 기능이 별도로 구현되게 된다. |
