¿µ¹®³»¿ë¿ä¾à The standard provides Sampling Port Data Structures in Partitioning System in ARINC 653. The standard includes a standardized method for conveying the status of the data to reduce unnecessary variability in parameter formats, thus reducing the need for custom I/O processing. This should serve to enhance portability of applications and improve efficiency of the core software.
This is analogous to typical aviation data buses (e.g., ARINC 429, ARINC 629, ARINC 664, Part 7, etc.), where the message payload format complies with a set of standard type and status indication rules. Since interpartition communications has to meet most or all the same objectives as data bus communications, it makes sense to have a similar set of rules for it. This also facilitates easy communications of ARINC 653 interpartition messages over aviation networks by simplifying the transformation of data to and from the network.
These data structures may be applied to queuing ports, however there are no explicit facilities defined for closed loop communications.
