웹서비스는 ‘서비스 지향적‘이라는 특징 때문에 품질 면에서 기존의 설치 위주의 소프트웨어 품질과는 다르다. 본 연구에서는 서비스라는 특징을 가지는 웹서비스에 대한 품질 요소를 제시한다. 이러한 웹서비스 품질 요소는 서비스 사용 시의 관점에 따라 비즈니스 가치 품질군, 서비스 측정 품질군, 시스템 정보 품질군의 세가지 품질군으로 나누어지며 각 품질군은 다시 세부 관점에 따라 비즈니스 가치 품질, 서비스 레벨 측정 품질, 상호운용성 품질, 비즈니스 프로세스 처리 품질, 관리가능성 품질, 그리고 보안품질로 나눌 수 있다. 각 품질별로 품질 정의, 세부 품질 요소, 관련표준들을 설명한다. |

The quality of Web Services is different from the quality of existing installation-focused software because it is service-oriented. This research will propose the Web Services quality factors which has service-oriented characteristic. This Web Services quality factors can be divided into three layers such as client layer, interoperability layer, management and security layer according to the perspective at the time of its service. And each layer has the several quality factors depends on the subdivided perspective. For each quality factors, quality definition, subdividedquality factors, related standard are defined. |
